Thanks again Johnny another excellent day, belting riding and cracking weather.
If it doesn't ache its burnt

Wouldn't mind knowing what you hear about Gordon, hope he heals up well.

Glad you all had a good time! Gordon less so, he was taken to Northern General at Sheffield. He has a bad break to his right femur, which may need an op, and am pretty sure he dislocated his shoulder. He was pretty unlucky, not sure how he ended up going so fast, and the landing was pretty bad, at least he ditched the bike mid-air. Disappointed no-one tried to get the number of the comely ambulance driver! Call yourselves red-blooded males?

yo dude, thanks for organising everything - poor guy makes me feel a bit more grateful for a bruised hip & limping like a war veteran today.. Shame I missed the ambulance driver, didn't want to crowd the scene. Hope he recovers quickly!

Pics will be up tonight if I get time. Lots to do before hungary.

p.s sorry for disappearing in a hurry, wanted to get to pain killers as quickly as possible so was in a bit of a rush

I was stood in the paddock by the jump taking photo's at the time with Amanda, Gordon did the same as Paul had done, his entry to the jump was fairly insignificant but as he came down he came down on the back wheel whilst leaning back. When he touched down whilst still peeling back it burst on the power flipping him backwards. He did well to kick/push the bike away but they did both land the second time in a big cloud of sandy dust so not sure if the bike was a safe distance away or played a part in the injuries.
As I said to Gordon, for what it was worth it looked awesome.

Ah right ta, once you start bouncing off the back there's a tendancy to crank the throttle open as well.

You missed out there Paul, she did say something about whose is that awesome gazebo, must be the work of a particularly virile hunkahunka man-candy. Oh well...

LOL cheers Johnny, if only I could have appeared out of no where with my comedy limp and epic sun burn to show her how hunky I am
