omg.... just read the thread and roflmao....

Riccardo, leave the mirrors on.... and saw you took the tape off them quickly last night... yes was my masking tape but I didnt do it, nor did I tape over Sarjs ignition...

the original idea by someone was to remove the mirrors but when I handed them the set of allen keys they went a bit iffy over it

but I am so going to have to point this thread out to Travis when I see him next... he still fancies you even though youre not that way inclined...

I check my mirrors on average every five seconds, regardless of how fast or slow I am going and on what type of road. The only time I don't do a life savers before a manouvre is at night on the motorway or filtering through stationary traffic.

i neva thought life savers were worth dooing until i checked my mirror moved out and nearly made my self the new mascot for bmw shook me upa bit

I didnt til some idiot on a gixxer OVERTOOK me while I was filtering between both lanes on the A2....

that scared the living daylights out of me.... What the hell he wouldve done if Id had to swerve to avoid a car changing lanes unexpectedly...... I dont even want to contemplate that..... I was doing 50ish as it was..... cars in both lanes were around 40..... and I was in the middle of the lanes... saw him coming up and was trying to find a spot to move into to let him through when he obviously found his own spot....

trust me I do lifesavers all the time I make a maneouver.... after all as BA pointed out theyre called that for a reason... if I do unneccessary ones so be it... rather be in the habit of doing them for when I do one and it does save my life... mirrors have blind spots and cant account for idiots like that gixxer rider...
