GSXR offers such good value for money and are comfortable for a sports bike - I commute, trackday and weekend blast on mine - but its the 600 K3 model and its getting old. Looking at Ninja636 or might wait for new GSXR750

Just had the svs a few months and it is my first big bike. Plan is to keep it for 3 years till we move to Arizona and then get something like a BMW1200 GS or similar to go touring with the wife on the back. Then again might go for something like a GSXR750 instead.....who knows what will be out in 3 years time !

I fancy a large capacity 4-cyl muscle bike - CB1300 or ZRX1200R.
I will try an SV1000S as well, though ![]() TBH, and atm, I'd be just as happy getting my beloved Hornet back from the menders ![]() |

Lots of exiting bikes out there, that new Triumph triple sounds very exciting. As does the Aprilla Tuono and KTM 990 and many others...
Realisticly, I'll probably keep the k5 SV650S for several years, upgrading it along the way, to make it a comfortable sport touring bike. (Lower pegs, better seat, higher clip-ons and a DB windshield.) |
