Peugeots are allright (I don't like the bigger ones, but I really like 106s- I quite fancy a 106 Rallye as a runabout). It's just that the colour is irrelevant; you thought the paintwork on the SV was shoddy? Wait till the Peugeout has seen a few winters. Mine looked like it had leprosy.

The new Corsa is quite good (better than the Fiesta IMO). If you get at least the 1.4 petrol version, you might be pleasently suprised by how briskly you can drive them- I have "paperwork" that proves I have done over 100 in one and I was by no means thrashing it.
