Frankly, I wouldnt like to come off wearing a rucksack. At least when the bikes slid down the road, me following it I know the contents in the top box were secure and not likely to cause me a back injury for landing and sliding on them

Me. Everyone else is a shallow, image obsessed biker.... they probably have cars as well and dont appreciate for those of us 2 wheels is the only form of transport, we NEED practicality beyond anything else

Hey now! I technically don't have a car to use (and when I do, I despise it, the ONLY reason I'll drive or sit in the thing is because I can't balance all the kids on the back of the bike yet).

I still wouldn't dream of putting a top box on my bike!

STOP THE MADNESS

I even captured a CBR600F last night with the ugliest top box in the world. Stop it now.

Hopefully the only thing you could do with any bike fitted with a top box (with the exception of a GoldWing)... dumped it in a river!

Such a waste!

I'd gladley take a CBR600 with a fitted top-box. I'll have a family of them going.

Duke 1098 with a 52 litre jobbie, anyone?

*runs*

Technically dont have a car??? Sorry, theres a major difference between having one but choosing not to use it unless you have to and not having one in the first place. No bloody technicality about me not having one and needing the SV to have a degree of practicality.

Ill see you the Duke, and raise you an MV Augusta...

*runs even faster than Matt*

PS. Viney, even I agreed that topbox on the CBR was naff. Some do look really bad, others arent as bad - my Givi didnt look too bad on the SV but that square box thing on the CBR would have done. Dont condemn us all by someones bad taste
