moral of the story... dont shop at aldi...or eat pickle...

rivetting thread........................... I don't particularly like spiders, but I dont squeal and get all girlie.... However, when my son gets his snake out... I hide..... Don't do snakes.. I know it is only a Californian corn snake, but she is fully grown and fast moving.

Snakes are ace!

We've got a Royal Python in the lounge. A mate of mine has a Mohave Rattle snake (which I've been known to pull the skin off before now - to prevent disease, not just to wind it up).

Even though our snake is still only small (maybe 2ft in length by now) it's a strong beggar! Wouldn't trust it near the kids unless I'm there, it's stronger than I am!!

My old boy of a Royal Python is 5' (a decent size for a male ) and 13 years old now. Had him since he was a wee little 10" baby.

Great pet - and does a good line in neck massage too.
