can almost guarantee that there will actually be less space.
whereas now you can fit 50 scoots into a bay i am certain they will do something that means that number will half. (ie putting the security things in, marking individual bays) so you will end up with the same thing but will have to pay... |

Yep that would work for me... bloody scooters. I'm sure I could get a plan for something, though the trick is using as little space as possible while still being able to get the bikes to the second level... Maybe a lift powered by the spinning of your own back wheel, limited speed so it don't shoot up and a lock to stop it dropping if you stop the bike... mmmh.
