Thanks John.

I've just remembered that one of the two bunk rooms has a single fold out chair bed too, so potentially 13 people could have bed space. If all 13 spaces are taken it makes the cost per person just £18.50 for the weekend's accommodation. If this does happen I'm minded not to ask people for a deposit, but just for the full sum up front as it's such a small amount. We could just pay in full for the place in advance and be done with it.

Yes that makes sense. Less admin work as well, you've only got to ask for payment once.

There's a poll up and stickied with a choice of two weekends in June next year. Get voting folks.

I also have a couple of rideout routes in mind, a longer one for the Saturday involving mountains, ice cream, and coffee! The one on Sunday will be shorter but with similar options.
