True but it'll be more lazy, i.e. it'll have more torque lower down so it'll feel alot closer to your SV to ride. Especially if you are lazy and like to leave it in 5th or 6th rather than buzzing through the gear box.

If I was to go for a complete change of bike... away from the V-twin id probably go for a 600. The performance is more accessable for the road as the gearing isnt sky high. Guess its all down to peronal taste aye. |

Ok, I'm gonna have to toss the Daytona 675 into the mix! Obviously biased but, if a sportsbike with awesome handling, great looks and a nice balance between low down torque and top end power is what your after, then it's worth considering.

build quality scares me TBH, i seen untidy 07 examples, but yea very nice bike and one of the best looking.
