oops.Take it easy, make sure you're in comfy gear and maybe get the seat lowered? You'll have more strength in your legs if you can put your feet down well and maybe it'll give you more confidence. I can't ride crossers at all because I hate high bikes.

Crossers you just have to forget any fear of damaging the bike and yourself.

Lower seat will give you loads better leverage, there's a company that can replace the stuffing with a much thinner gel-pad. Loads comfier and drops you right into the bike.

Phil has put a lowered seat on for me i think. Think there are crash bungs and replacement fairings so not too much of an ordeal if i do fall off but obviously I want to avoid that!!!
I dont like falling off!!!

+1 for this its the only way i've got just to it. I even managed to pull the bike back up the other day when i stopped and it nearly went. Got very close to the point of no return but i just let my leg take the weight and then push it back with my leg with the aid of my arms.

I know a few weeks ago i couldn't do that and i didn't thats why it ended on the floor with me under it.

Also for getting it lowered as well as the seat how about the dog bones as well. I was fine sitting on drews but once we got me a bike already lowered and i rode that. Sat on drews the other day and i really didn't like how high i was.

Does tend to sting a bit.

Practice, only answer. And remember the weight all goes away above 10mph or so.

P.s if you do drop it, and this is important. HIT THE KILLSWITCH, never mind what's broken, turn motor off!
