I also hack code, mainly in Java / C, Oracle, to provide the sort of tools the consultants say we should not be developing, but buy off the shelf instead. I had to go to PC world once to find the mythical Microsoft Power Station Builder version 2 that they seem to think we should use.

In saying that it has got me all over the world. Mainly on power station construction projects in China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, and consultancy projects in Dubai, Switzerland and I am so sick of France I threatened to resign if I ever had to work there again. Spent two years working 2 days a week in Paris. Still living the expat lifestyle in the far east enabled me to indulge in my favorite hobby. Yes, Drinking

Solicitor. Most of my work is buying & selling houses, as well as small businesses - hairdressers, cafes, small retail stuff. But I also do some software licensing & customisation/interfacing agreements, also civil litigation, mainly debt recovery, housing disrepair and eviction of bad tenants, disputes with rapacious landlords, product liability, and recovery of hijacked dogs (true!!!!!).

I'm acting for a client who asked someone to look after the mutt for a few months. The person decided the dog was causing an allergic reaction so gave it away, now won't say where the dog is. So I'm suing this person for unlawful interference with goods
