This is still going to take place, but probably not until next year. Im pretty tied up, and as pointed out, i think Brighton is not going to be the best place, so need to look for somewhere else. Still keep em peeled.

What about a supermarket car park on a Sunday evening about 6pm when its closed?

You need somewhere wide and flat with a high vantage point above it, its only going to work IMHO if you can get high enough over the bikes...

Exactly. Its not the ground bit, its getting high enough to get all the bikes in on a camera.

Hastings could be good. Its got a cliff above the car park. Will need to have a look around i suppose.

What about an office block with a parking area below. On a Sunday, when it's quiet.
