Ive eaten my Chicken strips on the rear, totally gone and the front has a Tiny bit left... All this means is Ive probably been pushing too hard.

I have come to realise that I can get th power down a lot earlier than I was doing.

I've probably got the biggest chicken strips of anyone.

But then the tyre is only a day old!

I have about 1cm at the back (maybe 1.5)... To be honest I don't try to push, just ride depending on how much confidence the front end is giving me. What I don't get though... 1 - 1.5cm and I've still got pristine knee pads on my leathers... (Oh and the pegs never hit the deck either). What am I doing wrong????

Oh and as I do mainly motorway work and only get to lean on the slip roads I only have small strips on the right hand side. The left hand side are about twice the size...

Just get out on some twisty B roads when the weathers nice and rag it a bit... pegs touching down isn't really a good thing though, that's pretty much full commitment to a corner, so your observations better be good or you're tempting fate.

I've at least 1.5 cm currently, need a track day to burn them off.

Oh dear.. Nice twisty B-Roads don't exist over here... Just straight, flat roads (hence the only lean being the motorway slip roads ). Maybe I need to bring it over to the UK at some point and blast down the country lanes again (ahhhh fond memories - albiet in a car before I got my bike license)

Mav probably heading out your way in September, purchases will be in the following order:
1. Economical hatch back with tow bar.
2. Bike trailer.
3. New bike (675 Daytone, GSXR750, Ducati 749....)

Plenty of weekend trips to the 'Ring, Ardennes and beyond.

Or I may hand in my resignation
