Confirmed start point is Ashbourne. Confirmed finishing point is Matlock Bath. I have nearly finalised routes but can send you maps if you PM me.

hhmmm didn't see any on Saturday when we were out. Thank goodness. But then without the baffle the black Sv isn't overly earsplitting,,, Suzy however is a different story.

I'm not aware that Derbyshire police are any stricter with bikers than any other police force. On the last few rides in I've done in the Peak I haven't seen many police at all. At the end of the day we all know what the law is with regard to plates, cans, speeding etc, etc. If you knowingly break the law, you should be man enough to pay the consequences.

I agree. But lets keep our fingers crossed.

Poor old Quiff fell foul of the Welsh police last year with what was possibly the quietest bike on the rideout.
