Actually, so far about £70, should come in at about £100 or so, see it pays to be able to do it yourself.

wow, thats alot less than i thought it would be...i assumed major engine components like cranks and pistons and stuff would be ALOT more expensive

new they would have, this one is from a 2007 bike so hopefully should be OK, got 21 days to return it if not.

yesterday afternoon a done a bit more.
Barrel & Head fitted ![]() ![]() Cams in place ![]() Decompessor blanking plate installed ![]() ![]() Then Last night I done the timing and bolted it all up setting up the timing ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() interestingly CCM don't use the standard Suzuki item here ? ![]() and there you have it one complete engine. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Not a complete guide by any means, more a brief glimps of the inner workings and construction, hope you enjoyed it and perhaps it'll give you some useful info should you ever venture inside one at anytime............. ![]() Cheers Mark.

Following on from the engine build (will be fitted tomorrow hopefully), I've done a few other bits.
cleaned the tank ![]() polished the complete exhaust system ![]() fitted the freshly resprayed subframe ![]() bit of welding ![]() and fitted the new rear mudguard (after some modding). ![]() ![]() Cheers Mark.
