Actually, so far about £70, should come in at about £100 or so, see it pays to be able to do it yourself.

Cheers Mark.

yesterday afternoon a done a bit more.

Barrel & Head fitted

Cams in place

Decompessor blanking plate installed

Then Last night I done the timing and bolted it all up

setting up the timing

interestingly CCM don't use the standard Suzuki item here ?

and there you have it one complete engine.

Not a complete guide by any means, more a brief glimps of the inner workings and construction, hope you enjoyed it and perhaps it'll give you some useful info should you ever venture inside one at anytime.............

Cheers Mark.

Following on from the engine build (will be fitted tomorrow hopefully), I've done a few other bits.

cleaned the tank

polished the complete exhaust system

fitted the freshly resprayed subframe

bit of welding

and fitted the new rear mudguard (after some modding).

Cheers Mark.

Is it me or do bikes look really cool when there's just an engine, forks, wheels and frame? Nice work mate!
