Nah, it's just a case of while the cats away....

Got noticeably worse in the last 12 months with budget cuts, everyone knows how damn unlikely they are to get caught.

I have notice alot of people driving slower on motorways because of the price of fuel

Most of the folk driving faster are not paying for it.

That must be why whenever I'm going down NSL B roads and come up behind a car, they're usually doing 40... it's so frequent I thought for a while the law had changed and I'd missed it.

I have noticed that!
New game is when they appear dawdle for about 30s (enough for the average audi driver to get p***ed off) then pin it for 10s and bugger off

Not exactly re-testing, but when you get those dopey bints who fail tests 6 times for the simple reason that they've got no understanding of the world beyond the end of their bonnet... they should be denied a re-test for a year after a few attempts. Or permanently. If they can't see more than a yard now they're going to be crap drivers. Every woman I know who took some ridiculous number of driving tests is a crap driver.

And extended re-tests, there's another rant. Get punished 10 times for one crime. You should pay your fine, serve your ban and that be that.

They'll do same, they ignore this law and will ignore next. And we probably fit into that category.

As for up north/down south... up your bit of north they "care" so much as to be complete c***s when they reckon something dangerous has happened to the point of creating bigger dangers themselves. Down here people are just going where they are going and just sort of get on with it, without much if any consideration for anyone. Down south, dunno really, seems to be half and half between people timidly refusing to do anything at all or over exaggerating apes, testiculating wildly over some non-existent insult.

Yeah, but the good news is they normally speed up to 45 when they get to a 30 (especially at night because they can see where they are going with the street lighting) so they can get a ticket then for being so inconsiderate....I mean for speeding.
