Default z1000

Z1000 in Green or Red. Small and powerful. Like to keep the SV also so would need a bigger shed to fit both bikes plus my bed to keep an eye on them at night

I'd go along with the DL1000 (V-Strom) also - but possibly the Kwak version in bright orange.
The only problem is the DL is a bit tall - the TDM900 is just the right size and now comes with ABS.
unfortunately we don't get the kawi version of the vstrom or the tdm here in the states

SV750 I think. With around 90hp to play with? Otherwise I'm happy with what I got.

Due to have a talk with my darling wife about changing the SV and they have a very nice mille for £6500 in Thunderroad which I hope has my name on it

Of course I havent looked at insurance yet so maybe a new CBR or R6 but I'd rather the Aprilia

Ride Safe.......Jay

I fancy trying a Guzzi Breva 1100. Had a look at one at a dealer today: a quality-looking piece of kit.

Yup - agree - see my earlier post in this thread (page 3). If you decide to test ride one let us know what it's like. There's a second hand Breva 750 on sale at my nearest dealer which keeps tempting me although the reviews indicate the 1100 is a better bike in terms of value for money...

The sprint is pretty low and I really wouldn't worry about the filtering, it's very nimble and not much wider than the SV.
Have you ridden one ?? "very nimble" is not the phrase I would use. The VFR is probably a better handling machine, but the Sprint isn't bad, but I wouldn't call it "very" nimble.

.
Compared to a GSXR or probably a Fireblade, surely most bikes won't be very nimble.
I had no problems chucking it about. It doesn't turn in quite as quickly as the SV, but that's not a surprise, really.
Maybe I should have qualified my statement with, "for it's size" since that's what I meant.
I haven't ridden a VFR yet, but will give one a go at some point over the next year or so.
