Hi northwind!

I've pulled the pipes up a bit more since the pictures was taken and now it should be looking better. If not I'll probably do some shortening to the cans at a later stage when all welding and cutting is finished... Need to get the bike ready now for season!

Cheers!

Just move it to the rhs of the engine, Std battery will fit, made my tray out of steel flat, all you need to do is roll rad hose and extend/re-route battery cables

(I know its a carb, but it works the same on an injected if not more room)

Hi Robw#70!

Thanks for the suggestion! Didn't think of that... don't think it'll fit considering using a bellypan. Will look into it...

Cheers!

Hey PatZ - that is looking damn good now. I reckon you have those cans just about perfect length.

Have you had a chance to fire it up yet?

Hi there mattSV!

Thanks... actually it looks much nicer in real life than on the pics!!

Yup, have had it up and running a couple of times and the sound is soooo nice!! It's sharp and heavy... A buddy of mine says it sounds much heavier than my former VTR 1000 Firestorm with high-level carbon MIVV's....

Can't wait to take it on the first test drive - having the deadline set on the 1st of May.

Will have a smaller video clip ready tomorrow... any interested can PM me and I'll send a copy by e-mail...

Cheers!

Hi guys!

Tomorrow the bike has all the insurance for driving!! Is it ready??!!... h€ll no!

BUT, I'm going to test drive (hopefully) tomorrow evening! Still the parts need painting e.t.c. and some welding to do on the subframe.

Found a new place for the battery.. check it out below! It hasn't been an easy I tell you...

Been away for a couple of weeks now and today's result can be seen on the pics below... enjoy! You know this stuff migth look awful as it is... but will do some "cleaning" e.t.c to get all details looking gooooooooooooooood.

Cheers!
