I can ride up near the back if it helps and keep the main together, but not TEC

How about finding out if there is a travelodge type accomodation with a pub next door in somerset/bristol area maybe an evening social and then ride home Sunday morning ...people who live in the area could also come to the pub for the evening ? ...just a thought !!

I may be able to make it to this one. I assume that the pace is sensible as it'll be my first ride out so I don't want to be the one holding up the group!

Yep Pace will sensible. As always on any rideout, just ride for yourself, don't worry the route will be marked so theres no need to ride faster than you feel comfortable doing, just to keep up.

As I have approximately no sense of direction, and won't know anyone there... Will there be many travelling to one of the meeting locations from Brissle? I'm near the BAWA in Southmead, if anyone is this side of the city do they fancy catching up somewhere and heading to a meeting location?

I'm in Henleaze, and as I've already volunteered to wear a fluorescent vest I can't duck out. _stretchie_ is in Filton, and he'll be coming as well, assuming the bike is roadworthy by then. We'll sort something out closer the time.
