I'm not sure they turned up for that first session! lol. that was my first smile. my second smile and I would say more importantly (despite my love of cricket etc.) is the picture of myself riding at ar09 (I think) that popped up on my newsfeed on facebook (courtesy of rictus's memories etc.), with hovis a few bikes behind me and the happy memories that then came back to me of seeing him on that ridiculous childs playground toy thing. maybe not from the same event, but a good memory anyhow.....

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
You know its a bad day for your country's cricket team when your an Aussie and being slagged rotten by Scotsmen. Poor Jordan I bet he's glad he's going home soon (but not as soon as the cricket team)

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
After spending most of the past 3+ months in the hospital the doctors think they have found the source of my blood clots and have begun treatment to cure it.
Now as soon as they can get me back on food again ( currently being fed intravenously) hopefully I can get out of here and go back to living my life again!

A sizeable step forward Bill. Hope it gets sorted pretty damn quickly now and you're back on your feet (and two wheels) again very soon.

Thats progress Bill, and it would raise a big smile in yet another pretty crap year.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
Watching England win the Test. When everyone else was waiting for autographs and selfies it's fair to say the ladies around me in the crowd at Trent Bridge were as we say in Essex 'well jel' when the team did a lap of honour and Cooky and Broad both came and gave me a big kiss while I was sat with my friends. There was much jeering by the lads and Alastair was saying 'I do know her - I'm not kissing everyone!‘
