I did the Les Witton 10 today and it was mentally hilly......IMO and a real tough one. I came home in 1:19:40 which I am quite pleased with. I had nothing left but recovery was quick so that's a good sign.

Not heard of the Les Witton 10, sounds gruelling with the hills and a great time too !!

My legs were aching and are still tight after yesterdays run so had a day off today.

I have the Hilly mono skins and tbh don't wear them. Much prefer the twin skins. I find them much more comfortable to wear and have not had any blisters from them. Hope this helps .
