Bibio, It just doesn't feel right that I load the left footrest to get on bike. I believe it was because, way back in about 1971, I had a BSA C15 250 and as I I climbed on bike footrest the sidestand sunk into the ground and bike pinned me. I may have had an odd number of pints at this stage though. Can't remember all my sober days.
