OK, so, a landlord says his tennant and daughter have to move out, unless the daughter agrees to marry the landlord, which she doesn't want to do.

The landlord comes up with a plan. One day whilst this dispute is going on, the landlord gets 2 stones from the path out front of the house, which contains a mix of black & white stones. He places the stones in a bag, one stone per bag. He tells the woman what he's done, saying that if she can choose the bag with the white stone in it, without looking whatsoever, she wins & doesn't have to marry him.

However, the landlord doesn't tell the woman that the two stones are in fact black.

How can she win?

tell him to pick & when he picks a black one she wins?
