where can I buy throttle cables from?

as the title says, where can I buy throttle cables from for my k3 its a faired one, dont knowit that makes it an sk3? I have a sticking throttle, but cant find any replacement cables.

I tried weemoto only (curvy ones), and ebay (no new ones)

I work across from the suzuki dealer but their prices are high!

I have some for a pointy, only done about 500 miles as i did a handlebar conversion and cant be bothered to put em back on now im selling my sv, so left longer ones on.

have you tried just oiling the cables to get the gunk out

I wouldn't oil them, I'd be flushing them through with silicone spray or a teflon based lubricant. Oil tends to damage the plastic liner that modern bowden cables slide in, and when the liner swells the cables can stick quite badly - not what you want on a throttle cable.

Venhill recomend somthing like 3in1 on their teflon cables, engine oil is a little thick

I used to work for a cable manufacturer and plastic lined cables are defo designed to be dry.
You end up getting more resistance / friction from the crappy paste the oil ends up making.
Not all cables are teflon coated or plastic lined though, not sure about motorcycle throttle cables cos we never used to produce them.

How much is a new set ?

for the curvy i found suzuki was the cheapest place to get them, under £10 for the one.
