Pretty handy website from TFL

Blimey, they do actually do some work!!

Found this today.....shows up which London roads are congested at any given point, and also has CCTV footage of some areas.

Mind you, I reckon the camera operator at the junction of Mortimer Street had something better to look at than traffic

yeah the CCTV thing's great! we put it up to help companies planning freight movement, etc, but it's also good for nosey people/stalkers/those bored at work

PS good to see a satisfied customer on an otherwise anti-TfL day

But I'm a satisfied customer of TFL every day, I don't use public transport

i wasn't such a satisfied customer when i got that red route ticket!

Many years ago, when I was an AA Roadwatch travel news type person up in Leeds, I got to have a look around the CCTV place that was 'watching' the city centre. I had a play around with the cameras and zoomed in on some bloke sitting on the top of the bus until he took up the whole of the TV screen. Not that he was much to look at - but it was frightening to see exactly how closely you can look at someone who's otherwise completely oblivious.

Big Brother may not be watching you, but some nosey student bird might be!

OMG, its worrying isnt it to see just how watched we all are. And this is the cameras they tell us about...just image the ones we dont know about.

And that one of Mortimer St/Gt portland St... well i used to work there and its a photgraphic studio called Gloss. They must love getting asigned to that camera, lol.

And Fizzy got a red route ticket??? How the heck did that happen? Surley you can just give your details to those at work and it should mysteriously dissapear, no?
