Default imperial sockets

I'm after a 1/4" drive 1/4" socket. I don't want to buy a whole set, just this one socket. Ebay is drawing blanks and giving me just metric.

Does anyone know where I might order such an item, from the comfort of my armchair?

Thanks
Luke

Luke your best bet is going to be your regular Engineer's supplier. There is bound to be one near you somewhere. These are good places to know as they often sell things that can have bike applications.....cheaper than bike type outlets.

Or better still you not got any older friends or family? There is every chance they will have Imperial sockets and spanners kicking about?

Who are you calling an old git

I can't for the life of me recall why ,but I'm sure I've got some imperial sockets and spanners As far as I know I've never worked on anything requiring imperial sockets/spanners.

Cheers
Ben

My Halfords 1/4" socket set has the imperial sockets. Maybe get one from them?
