Default Keys and Locks

Hi All!!

im just wondering and im probably right, but.........

just went for a ride on my sv and the key locks are abit of a to get into the on position, so i gave it a wiggle (with the bike on) and the key came out!!! my expression was

is this normal?

i put a screw driver in there to test if it can be turned on without the key and it seems to be fine.

im thinking this isnt right. looks like a new lock set

cheers peeps.

I used to be able to do that on my last SV and it was just down to a worn lock barrel

Mines a real pain too! I sometimes have to take it out and put it back it in before it'll turn. I sprayed some wd40 in and it seems to have made a massive difference!
