Crash.NET - Rossi watches weather, 'hard battle' ahead.
Valentino Rossi finished the first day of the Chinese Grand Prix in sixth position, but just 0.186secs from the top, indicating a super-close qualifying and race - some, if not all, of which he expects to be run in the rain.
