Engine runs on 1 cyl only in first gear.
Howdy everyone,
My Bike: I have a 2005 SV650(N?) with the GSXR Fork Conversion. I'm currently having an issue where when I take off from first gear the engine bogs down and sounds like it is only running on one cylinder. The only way it goes away is if I completely kill the throttle and get back on it, or rev the engine to like 5-6k and slowly let out on clutch. I've tried searching the threads for someone with a similar case but cant seem to find anything relevant. Any insight would be super awesome! SOLVED: I replaced both spark plugs and it fixed my issue. The issue was the rear spark plug. Last edited by Galarus97; 12-06-23 at 11:45 PM. Reason: Solved my own issue. |
