We could try for Wednesday the 1st. Meet at say 9.30am and get back for lunch by which time Paula might need the loo again. We could meet at my house or Dobbies services?

Wednesday is 31st John, so Wednesday or Thursday 1st? Either is fine by me. Happy to come to you if that makes life any easier for you. Not sure quite where you are though. Do you want to pm me your address?

I won't be able to join unfortunately, I can only manage about 90 minutes on the bike at the moment before it gets uncomfortable. But things are improving steadily, so longer rides beckon in another week or two.

Cracking ride today John, thanks for that. Lovely route and a very nice pot of tea and cake in Clun. Shame it wasn't a touch warmer but enjoyable none the less.

Yes, I enjoyed it too. Too cold for nearly June. I should have put my inner jacket back in. It was 9-10° !

If it makes you both feel any better I was in the office yesterday and most of us were wearing coats! It's a very old, large building with big metal framed windows. A greenhouse in the summer as the AC is antique and freezing in winter even with the heating on.
