Default broken mirror

hiya need a wee bit of advice please

in the high winds my neighbours vfr blew over landing on my bike, mine being the strong sturdy type stood its ground and held his up all night. unfortunately on checking it new years eve i noticed my lhs mirror on the ground. the mirror is ok as is the first stalk bit, its broken off at the next section which is within the rubber bit, leaving a half moon shape at the end. can i superglue this back on, will it hold with wind etc or can i get a spare stalky bit or is it a new mirror required.

A new mirror is required. Drop Itching a PM, he'll be able to help.
