Hi,

1. Is it worth changing the fork oil of my K3 with 11000 miles on the clock?
2. If so, will the oil change be enough or do I need to do more if I am planning to keep it for at least a year?

That's probably getting to about the right sort of mileage, and if it's original I'd certainly say it's worth it.

Yes/No/Maybe.
Fresh oil should get you back to about where they were when they were new.

If you weigh more than 10st or so, springs to suit your weight can improve matters, emulators can improve things further. Depends what your end game is.

What Jambo said, I'm contemplating sending mine to HM racing to have it all reworked, including the shock as it's all 10 years old with 18000 miles on it, so definitely needs sorting out...the oil will be like treacle I bet.
