Re: Friday Night Food...
We have nothing planned... there is an excellent fish restaurant in Settle, and I believe the main pub in Austwick is highly rated as well.

Re: Friday Night Food...
We have nothing planned as there are so many people turning up at all different times.
There are two fish n chip shops/restaurants in Settle, an Italian, Indian, Chinese, and quite a few cafes and pubs that do food off the top of my head. If you dare go in the opposite direction there is always Heston Blumantalls road side caf

Re: Friday Night Food...
There are some excellent restaurants in the area, Nigel Howarth (Great British Menu etc.) has the Highwayman at Nether Burrow and there is the Sun Inn at Kirkby Lonsdale. However they are definitely book in advance places and take your plastic and best clothing..
If you arrive early there is the burger van at Devils (North Englands bike stop). Not bad and only about 5 miles from the camp site.

Failing that, 3 bikes and a couple of boxes
