K4 Dash Change
Hi,
I want to swap the dash on my race bike...BUT...The gear position indicator is reistance based as standard which after market dashes basically don't do.. So, I'm wondering if anyone has managed to buy or make a switch that energises a specific wire based on the resistance "felt". Most of the dashes I have want a voltage on a spcific wire to indicate the gear so the switch as described would do the trick I also have some chinese gear postion indicators Which look like they will fit (They were advertised as SV650) but no wiring diagram to hitch things up - Has anyone got one ?? Thanks in advance, Brian 96269695-D50_4696.jpg |

Re: K4 Dash Change
I don't know if this helps...
https://www.svrider.com/threads/gear...ltages.116723/ I found it whilst idly googling (a bad habit). D'Ecosse produces a lot of electronic info for the SV although he's now a Triumph devotee.
