I'm considering changing and getting a nicer/better rear shock on my SV but not sure what?
What has everyone else done? Plus which doesn't need loads of extra parts.. ![]() Let me know.

dont know about a mortgage but the Nitron Sport i have has been ace. i have never touched any settings from out the box and to me it's perfect. sprung to my weight, valved for my preference and shortened all for a pricey sum of £370 posted. dont know what it would be like on a track as i don't do track days but on the road its plush but in control soaks up all but the worst of the bumps but not bad enough to give you a jolt.

Agree with Bibio, as I have a Nitron Sport shock as well. New shocks = Nitron, Maxton Ohlin. If you want cheap, lots of threats here on fitting ex Kawasaki shocks from Ebay.

You have to move or cut the battery tray if you fit one from another bike allot of the time, So worth doing a forum search if you go that route .

This is what I thought but wanted to check, I would rather try and not like it for £50ish rather than spend out on a £350 shock and not like it then i will loose alot more money.
