Default Frame On Right V. Hot

The frame on the right of my SVs (near where your knee would be when sitting on the bike) gets so hot you cant touch it with bare hands for very long, is this normal? It has recently been in an accident and am pretty sure it wasnt getting that hot before

Thanks

Check the hoses on the expansion tank aren't off/loose.

I can't imagine how this could be done in a bump, but you never know.

I agree with Sid.

It sounds like some sort of heat transfer. All you can really do is feel where it is hottest and then look around that area for somthing resting on the frame, coolent pipes would be at the top of my list also.

I assume the bike has no more vibrations than before the bump?

Thanks for the replys. Dont remember feeling any excessive vibrating but after the accident the radiator and fan did need replacing. Am gonna take it back to the shop and see what they say.
