Well I would have to say that aside from my idiocy in pushing the bike out onto the road on Monday, and despite the fairly crap weather, the ride to Shrewsbury and back was ok. It was just nice to get out on the bike for a short while.

I did hose the worst of the crud off it when I got back, but it does still need a proper clean, which it will get when my back is sufficiently recovered.

Morning all. A grey and drizmal day again here/ Rain forecast for most of the day with a a spot of sleet thrown in later. Lovely....

Daughter Sioned is coming over today so I need to neck some paracetamol so I can get in the car and pick her up from the station. We're going to have a bit of a rehearsal for the little festival at which we're playing later this year.

The weekend is almost upon us, anyone got anything exciting lined up?

I'll be prepping for a visit from daughter and kids on Monday. So cleaning and stocking up on food.

Forecast is quite good for here tomorrow, so need to do some garden tidying. Possibly try a bit of repointing on the garden walls too as patches of it need to be repaired.
