i love xmas day but i haven't put xmas decors up for over 10 years. mrs b used to do all that stuff. my youngest is 25 so no point.

I'd do the same in your position. I've a grandson now so making a bit of an effort for him.

I'm sure there's a market for a pop up Christmas tree that works like an umbrella. It would have decorations and lights already installed. Just pop up and plug-in. Simples.

There wouldn't be any in our house if it was up to me to put them up (apart from a modest string of flashing coloured lights in the front garden.)
