Setting the focus is right at the bottom. I can't remember if I glued the focus grip on though. Probably best to repair your one.

I think so. It's only a matter of unscrewing the rear retainer and 2 elements separated by a spacer drop out. Swap over one of the elements and that's it ... hopefully.
