Travelling to Dubai - Immigration Hell??
My mum and aunt will be travelling to Dubai for a couple of days before going onto Asia soon. I heard there is a fast track system to help get through immigration that little bit quicker without having to wait in a massive queue for hours.
Am I correct about this, or is what I've been told about fast track a load of ********?? |

Never had a problem in Dubai.
worst place in the world to get through immigration Paris, Why do they always have industrial disputes and only have one guy on duty who wants to check every passport with my plane having followed in two from Algeria and Nigeria. Jakarta. Why when I get to the immigration desk are there 20 queues each with 50. Manchester when you follow in the PIA flight and there are 300 British passports that the man wants to double check.

Friend of mine was allowed on a plane, and then appraoched in her seat and told that she wouldn't be allowed to travel as her passport sed male but she looked female. She had a letter, from her UK GP, explaining that she was TS and it was perfectly normal for her to dress this way They made her get off the plane and change into male clothing before letting her get back on a later flight. She's still sueing the airline, but with their money she can't even get them into court. Tons of their lawyers delaying it and her US lawyer is doing it pro bono. This was pre- 9/11 by the way. Now back to the thread... |
