2000 SV650S for sale in West London

With a heavy heart, it's time to sell my SV.
I'm retiring and I've used it mainly for travel to & from work so it's just not going to get the use.
Here are the details:

2000 SV650S half faired in blue
45K miles
MOT until the end of June

Tool kit still under the rear seat, but I don't think I have ever opened it.
TP Raised handlebars (originals included)
Aftermarket brake & clutch levers (originals included)
Oxford LED indicators with LED flasher unit (original indicators and flasher included)
Uprated front fork springs (originals included)
ULEZ tested and proven compliant - certificate included - so free to ride around London
I have also fitted an in-line fuel filter - but not one of those little plastic things. It's a decent high-flow filter - normal fitment on a BMW R1100 GS.
Some new unused fuel hose & clips to replace the original bits - I never got round to it.
I've fitted an Anderson plug under the rear seat and made an adapter to make battery charging easier.

It had a Viper enhaust on when I bought it bit I replaced it with an original - bought second hand from a California bike so pretty clean and corrosion free.
Recent new clutch springs 200 miles ago
Recent new clutch actuator 300 miles ago
Avon Spirit ST tyres - the rear quite new with only a few hundred miles on it.
Haynes manual included (greasy thumb prints included)
HEL braided brake lines - I still have the originals with the Y adapter, but you know what they say about second hand brake lines so they would only be of use as a template to make up a new set.
Full set of new Ferodo brake pads in sealed packaging
Pyramid plastics black rear wheel hugger included, but currently not fitted - I was going to get it painted blue to match the bike
Pyramid plastics black belly pan also included but this was badly fitted when I got the bike and is badly cracked so needs a repair.
Spare set of brake calipers - these are the originals from the bike. I bought a cheap pair on ebay so that I could rebuild the calipers without taking the bike off the road. The caliper rebuild was about 2000 miles ago with new pistons as well as new seals etc.
There was a chap on ebay who custom machined some new stainless pistons for me and he did a really good job. The spare caliper pistons were beyond use, but the chap delivered 5 new pistons so I have one spare which could be measured up to get the other 3 made, or you could buy some originals.
I'll also include an Abba superbike stand in near perfect condition. This includes the SV650 mounting kit, the wall hanging kit and the front wheel lift kit - about £200 worth of stand.

It's been a fantastic daily rider for me for the last 10 years and I will miss it.

There is a lot of stuff included here so I'm looking for £1400 for the lot - I might be prepared to sell some of the stuff separately.
