Practise.
I have a pair of Chinese chime balls. The idea is to swirl them round in your fingers and palms of hands without them banging together. Not only is calming, and hypnotic but it keeps the guiders in your arms in trim, and works on the acupuncture points in the palms of your hands......downside, they annoy everyone else as they chime.
