You need a modified top yoke. The R1 forks are fatter.

TBH save yourself the problems Gixxer k4-5 forks fit streight in! All you have to do is make your own speedo drive... (not that hard to be honest!)

To much trouble fitting the stem into the yokes. The advantage of the SRAD one is also that you can use the steeringlok with a little modification to the frame (enlargen the hole a little). But I stil didn't come to that... I think they look realy good. They aren't the best ones, I've heard gsxr ones are a wee bit better, but they do the job!
