I use an App called "bike bays" for central london parking - its fairly accurate and fits well with my "find something when I get there" attitude

waltham forest has free motorbike parking in any alotted parking bay,
you can park for free in: residents bays pay and display free you CANNOT park in: disabled loading doctors taxi |
