Default Wheelie School

This is one I think I mentioned a while back.

I'm toying with the idea of a day at Paul Gower's wheelie school

It's a one-day masterclass in how to get a bike vertical in a controlled manner. I know several people who've done it and I've heard nothing but praise, so it's a fairly safe bet for an excellent day out. Details are all on the web site linked to above.

The price is £160 which excludes lunch but includes the use of prepped Bandit 1200s.

Anyone up for it? If so, register interest using the poll above.

I can't do wheelies. I don't want to do wheelies. But I would go to watch you all do wheelies.

Oh but I would only go if it were on a weekend. Not that that is going to influence the date of the event or anything.

I want to do this at somepoint, but alas money is an issue.

EDIT - unless we did it post April. In which case it could be a birthday present from my gf.

Cash flow. I'd love to but can't really justify £160.

My other group are looking to do this on Sunday 24th May at the same place and have agreed a price of £140. But I think that might be 8-9 riders and they migt not get as many as that if you want to join that?

Ah, that helps answer the two questions I just sent them by email - are weekends feasible and how many people can they handle on one day.

24th is possible, in theory, but I've had a fair bit of take-up when I mentioned it on UKRM - have to see how it pans out. Cheers though.
