I used to do archery and bought a load of expensive stuff from this company once. I suspect that they may have charged well over the odds for it, so do some serious research before parting with any cash, so you know exactly what you're buying and what you should be paying for it.

As a cheaper alternative, kick boxing's a very good way of relieving stress and there's less kit to cough up for. Most classes welcome people of all abilities.

And I really mean it about the stress relief.

Archery Worst Case Scenario: I accidently kill someone else
Kicking Boxing WCS: I accidently get smacked down by a small girly

I sense less personal pain and suffering in the first example

When 900 years you are, look this good you will not :P

Back in uni got thrown across a room by a lass half my size "practising" her Judo stuff on me.

Two weeks later she broke the instructors sternum and put him in hospital for a month with the subsequent cardiac incident and bone healage, just from a knee thrust thing.

I lost contact with her very quickly afterwards, for my own sense of self preservation you understand.
