Just to let people know, I've passed my CBT, and also passed the Theory test too.
Now to get lessons on "big" bikes for the full license test. Any pointers!? |

Also, listen to the instructor. They should make sure you are riding to pass your test. After you pass, go and learn how to ride a bike properly.

Thanks for comment.
Also, I was wondering if I should splash out ona little 125 to "practice" on whilst I take the 500cc lessons? |

Well done so far
![]() Buy a smaller bike for practice? Wouldn't bother if I were you. You'll pass the test before long, you'll have a 125 that you don't want and will have the hassle of getting rid of it. |

As per scoobs, look, listen & take in everything the instructor tells you, once you get through the test the real learning begins.
As for getting a 125, only you can make that decision, my son & other half just did the lessons & both sailed through the test, personally i'd save the money for better things. Well done on passing the theory & getting the cbt & good luck for your test |

Well done and good luck for the lessons. Forget the 125 as they will teach you all you need to know and like the others said u will be stuck with a 125 on your hands....after riding a 500......unless you can get a dirt cheap one you will not lose money on in a part ex or private sale

When it comes to the test, ask your examiner if he's brought in his sarnies.
My examiner made us go for a long ride just to pop home and get his lunch. Long time to be bricking it. Good luck, hope it goes well. |

Forgot to say earlier, my top tip is to remember to turn your indies off as soon as after you complete the manoover (sp?) - if you leave them on then you will fail as it's a major fault. I got paranoid about it and all during the test kept pressing the cancel button just to make sure.
