yes, i am enjoying it, im just planning to build up the distances........

but no, not found the socks, so i have ordered a new pair, and i wore my tights for the first time today

Brill. I had forgotten how much I love running in the evening. Was a bit dark though, Eviltwin and I both had to take torches.

When I do my long run at the weekend I do it first thing in the morning. Pitch black running down country roads for 6 miles before I hit the first path. I could wear a torch but then that would scare the deer that litter the roads. It's awesome. I like running in the dark too.

still not found them, but i just got my new ones in the post, the sent 2 pairs, in seperate bags,

they must have known i lost a pair

They did the same to me. Ordered two pairs they sent four.
