In Portsmouth I'm not sure, go along to the southwest surfers section and ask in there, they will probably have a good idea.

Theres a J & S somewhere down near you. I cant remember where but they have a good selection of clothing at good prices.
Theres a Hein Gerricke in Southampton to, as for bikes Rob Wilshers is probably closest to you Suzuki Wise J7 off the M27 by the Big Tesco's ( I think )... Also theres a Honda dealer in Cosham you could try.
