Notes, map, your I.C.E. - please respond ASAP

I will be PM'ing everyone the briefing notes tomorrow, along with a map from the nearest large village (Danbury) to the camp site, which will show the last 2 petrol stations and shops on your way in.

Although everyone is responsible for themselves and their riding it would be useful if you could all PM me the following info:

Your full name
Mobile number
Your In Case Of Emergency person with their phone number

I'm not being all doom and gloom here, but if anything were to happen on or off the bikes then it's good if we know who to contact. The only people who'll have this info will be me and Supervox. The info will be destroyed straight after AR.

Also on the briefing sheet will be a telephone number which is my PAYG spare phone. If you get lost on the way down, call it. One of us will answer, laugh at you, then try and help with directions.

On the ride out the TEC will have this phone on them.

Do we need to be fueled up prior to passing out on Friday night, or will there be a run to a petrol station in the morning?

Be prepared! I would do this before you pass out, then you dont have to worry about it

Please fill up Friday night if you have less than half a tank.

You can unload your gear,set up,then nip.up the road for petrol .

True! I'm coming up in convoy with a bunch of others, so I'm sure we'll bleed the petrol station dry on the way in.
